Calls

Calls can be started using a blueprint or a custom configuration. If a call is started using a blueprint, the call configuration settings can be overriden by providing the field you want to override. For example, if you start a call with a blueprint ID, and also provide a prompt, the prompt will override the blueprint prompt. Once a call is started, you can retrieve it using the call ID or retrieve all calls.
