Blueprints

Blueprints, as the name suggests, are a way to create the “blueprint” of a call and contact. Blueprints include basic information about the callee (name and phone number), as well as information that relates to a call. Once a blueprint is set up, you can start a call and simply reference the blueprint ID to pull in contact and agent settings for the call.
